I think I have solved this, but still doesn't reveal completely.

It doesn't reveal unless all the tiles are in the right spots i think the bottom two in the far right coloumn are around the wrong way. Just as I had a couple in the wrong spot in my first post here a few of the tiles look almost the same cheeky Kexter

That's what I thought but the way the tiles are laid out, if I get those 2 swapped over, then 2 other tiles end up in the wrong spot. I tried swapping the 2 tiles at the bottom right as well as the 2 tiles in the top left.Those are the only 2 areas that could be a bit ambiguous as all the other tiles are definitely in the correct position. There is no way that I can see to get those 2 tiles swapped over without changing the positioning of any of the other tiles.
