Implemented Issue #BEW-37.

Implemented the second part of Issue #BEW-37. If you have saves that you made on the credits page in Episode 2, and in later episodes you can continue to play on instead of loading to the credits then you're welcome.
Implemented a workaround for certain bogusly stored save preview images in connection to Issue #BEW-34. These will show up correctly in Episode 3.
Fixed an issue with the menu animation on Firefox 40.
And worked on some Safari specific fixes.
