Bot attack

Everyone. We are being attacked by a spam-bot as of 10 am PDT, July 18. I am doing the best I can to contain it and have removed over 100 posts in the last half hour. Unfortunately, Wolfshadowe is the only one who has authority to block an ISP. I've messaged him but it might take awhile for him to see it. I'll do what I can but you might see the "Off Topic" group flooded.
