All changes to existing text from version 1.6 on are captured here:

You can use this reference to find those sneaky changes. Old items will drop off the list after the next episode is released to the public. For example, when Episode 7 (Version 1.7) is released to Translators for localization, you could then go to the link above and see all changes to existing text that will also be released with Episode 7. Once Episode 7 goes to the public, all the earlier references will disappear and only changes after Episode 7 will appear.
Every time there is a change to existing text that has already been translated once, those changes will show up in the list of issues on the link. Open each issue to see specifics about the change.
