Worked on the internal utilities.
Tweaked some engine code, and removed some no longer used functionality.
Made the interface dynamically resizeable.
Made the donation-page open in a new tab/window.
Added a new image for the second page of the instructions screen.

Worked on the internal utilities.
Added minimal support for BBCode in the game texts.
Made the game automatically prettify quotes and apostrophes in the game texts.
Fixed some quoting issues in the game text.
Made the traffic signs consistent between the intro images.
Fixed an issue where an achievement was unattainable.
Did some general code cleanup.
Carved out the demo, and made the necessary code changes.

Slightly reworked the animation system, improving the precaching of frames.
Legacy animation definitions are now automatically upgraded to the new system.
Made sure the game no longer tries to animate animations with a frame-time of zero.
Replaced all <i> and <b> tags with their BBCode equivalent.
Added Faith's missing nail polish on a bunch of images.
