Based on your post, it seems that you have: (Warning, this officially passes from hint to spoiler, tread wisely!)

passed through the part of the Taxi ride where Natalie kisses Brad's "equipment," then worked through the kitchen and gotten to the breakfast conversation. That suggests you are just missing something there in the apartment. There are a couple of score checks in the ensuing scene. If you have gotten to - "I know one thing" - "what?" - "You still love each other," then there is a Pass/Fail point. To pass on, you need scores of N=17 A=23 or more. If you pass that check, you get the convo about "being together," followed by the girls going to the bathroom, where there is another check of some variables you can't see and scores of N=23 A=28 or more. After that, the dance scene should happen and you have to make all the right choices.

ALL: I have pretty much officially exceeded what I should be doing in this public "hint" thread. Other players can proceed with deeper help but I need to get back to moderating and hinting and stop just giving things away. The Patron Only forums below can and will contain more in-depth hints and discussion and I refer users there. That may seem heartless but I have restrictions, too.

How did you finally do it. Am in the same position you were. Have the more than the minimum points, seem to have tried all the different possible options during the game but still don't get the 3 pillow ending

Just to narrow down the options

is it better to start with pants on or off? I think it should be off because there aren't too many options if you keep them on. If it's off then i'm guessing it's best to 'stop' every chance you get.
I'm also guessing that it's best to end without a lap dance? I've ended with Nat and Azumi as well as without a lap dance.
Also in the end is it better to suggest you join them or reply 'no problem' hoping they invite you?

There are so many possibilities, it's what makes the game fun but also frustrating at the same time

The "Special Kiss" is not the same as the "Kiss Pass." To gain the KP achievement, somebody has to actually kiss someone else.

Not a bug. The "Special Kiss" is not the same as the "Kiss Pass." To gain the KP achievement, somebody has to actually kiss someone else.

I`m still missing Pants Nat Cum 1&2, and all three Activity activities too. Are they all only on the Kiss Pass path?

No. There are multiple paths through the taxi scene and you cannot get all achievements in one pass. Some will block out others.
