Sorry to hear that. As a reminder, you can backup your saves and achievements in-game by going to Menu --> Options --> Export Savegames or Export Achievements.

You can restore your backups by going to the same place and Import Savegames or Import Achivements.

Are episode 6 saved games going to be compatible with the new version?

Yes. Episode 6 save-games and achievements will be compatible with Episode 7.

Note that the Wednesday Mastery achievement will be revoked until the new Wednesday content is mastered.

I'm horrible at estimating the remaining work, and the time I'll have to work on it, so I've decided to stop giving estimates and will only say a date when I'm sure.

Shortly (today or tomorrow) I'll make a formal announcement thread that will track status. Eventually I'll even have a near-real time status page that anyone can check that will show a high level status.

In Wales, we have a phrase 'I'll do it now in a minute', which loosely translates as some indeterminate time in the future, with the intention of it being sooner rather than later.

I think that is the sentiment behind the published deadlines for Ep 7 .
