Captain Wolf can answer that, but then he has to make you walk the plank.

Any chance Episode 7 ships this month?
Bad news: Nope, not this month.
Good news: Two additional artists, and one additional writer are up to speed and making great progress. We're over the hump and accelerating. EP7 is going to be big. As in, the last three episodes combined big.

I can't speak for Wolfschadowe but I suspect you might have better luck asking this in the Patron forum. Maybe in the "Official Teasers" thread.

Hellos to everyone,
Loooong time follower first time poster. I've been following BEW since it was on the lagoon project's page and only a pre-release early stages. I even offer'd to wolf at the time to be a tester(he refused as he had filled the positions already at the time). I think I even have a copy of the original release on my, since broken-down laptop. So Hellos.

I hate to the young kid in the back-seat but, "Are we there yet?" :D

Anyways was just wondering and the forums have been very quiet, hunting wabbits?

Very Respectfully,
TheWrongGuy

So here's the status for Episode 7. Episode 7 is adding content to some scenes regarding Azumi and Jasmine, and it is also adding new scenes. The new scenes occur on Wednesday which is, of course, before Thursday. :) What that means is that extra care is needed so that existing Thursday content doesn't break. So in chronological game order, here's the status.
Note: Images also includes animation frames.
  • Wednesday Night Strip Club (Added to scene for Azumi Inclusion):
    • Images - 119 (Done)
    • Pages - 104 (Done)
    • Status - Edits for Playtest notes.
  • Wednesday Night Taxi (New Scene for Azumi Inclusion)
    • Images - ~100
    • Pages - 94
    • Status - Still images rendered, 1 animation remains.
  • Wednesday Night Home (Added to scene for Azumi Inclusion)
    • Images - ~150+
    • Pages - ~150+
    • Status - about 50% rendered and storyboarded.
  • Thursday Morning Coffee (Added to scene for Azumi Inclusion)
    • Images - 0
    • Pages - 4
    • Status - Planned (Dependent upon the above for the mini-recap on the second page of the scene)
  • Thursday Office (Added to scene for Jasmine Inclusion)
    • Images - 68
    • Pages - 43
    • Status - Ready
  • Thursday Afternoon Home (Added to scene for Jasmine Inclusion)
    • Images - ~4
    • Pages - ~20
    • Status - Not started.
  • Thursday Evening Campus (Added to Scene for Azumi Inclusion)
    • Images - ~60
    • Pages - ~60
    • Status - Rendering is beginning this week.
  • General Bugfixing (85 Bugtracker issues to work through)

There has been a lot of great work from our artists over the past few weeks, and if it continues at the current pace, everything will be ready soon (tm) I'm pretty sure it won't be ready for March, but April is looking promising.

So, lots of work yet to do on the Azumi side of things but the Jasmine content is ready to go. Would you consider adding the Jasmine content as an episode 6.5 to reward your incredibly patient (and loyal) fan base?

I'm not sure he can do that. For there is a problem of entanglement between the parties
If it puts on-line the finished pieces this will cause bugs with what one already owns and the continuation that will follow. Also jasmine is not completely finished

Thursday Afternoon Home (Added to scene for Jasmine Inclusion)

I'll consider it. If I can somehow squeeze it out without interfering or delaying the other content, I'll give it a go. That's a possibility with the Artists helping out.

The remaining Jasmine content is essentially a phone conversation, similar to the one Brad has with Natalie in that same scene. That would only take a day or so to wrap up, although there are some bugs to resolve first earlier in that storyline.

The list above doesn't account for all the back-end and behind the scenes work that went into this Episode, like game engine adjustments, storyline and logic tracking tools, modeling tools, overall story-arc planning, and high level scene mapping, to name a few. The good news is that most of that is finally done, and what follows from here on out is just more standard page and image creation.
