Save Games Not Staying

It's maybe the wrong part of the forum, but I thought I'd put it here anyway. So I can save games absolutely fine, but if I close the tab the game is playing in, when I come back they're all gone. Anybody know how I can solve this?

I'm on a laptop, using Firefox and Windows 10.

Savegames are based on browser cache. If your browser is set to clear cache when closing, it will end your save games. You can use the export/import functions to get around this. Any other scenario that clears cache will also remove savegames and Achievements. Playing in incognito mode is an example.

That'll be what it is! So to import/export saves, would I export them into the game folder, then import them back when I want to play?

Treat the Export files like Word Documents. you can save them anywhere you want, so long as you remember the location.

Export savegame and export Achievements, then import both before your next play.

Generally, in Windows, the Export function saves the file to your "Downloads" folder. I normally then move it to my dedicated game saves folder. When you "Import" them back, you can navigate to the folder where the file is saved.

Posting of achievement files or savegame files to the forum is not allowed, and any posts containing those will be deleted.

On the other hand, whatever you all send back and forth via PM is your business.

I have all the Achievements including the 7th Episode.
Does that count?
